We’ve Been Nominated For The John Lewis Young People Of The Year Award 2014

We’ve have been nominated for the John Lewis London Young People of the Year Award 2014 (YOPEY).

The YOPEYs are sponsored by John Lewis, and are designed to ‘Reveal, Recognise & Reward’ young unsung heroes across London and there is £2,000 in prize money for young winners to share with the community.

There is a top prize of £1000 to be won by a young person or group of young people who help others. The young person or group keeps £500 and invests the other £500 in a good cause of their choice. There will be five 2nd place winners of £200 each, similarly shared.

We have been nominated for the work we have done in the borough to challenge negative stereotypes about young people and build better relationships with the adult community.
